This year we celebrate the recognition of acquiring the university title: Saint Francis University (聖方濟各大學), and at the same time we commemorate the 20th anniversary of our Felizberta Lo Padilla Tong School of Social Sciences. Both milestones are the culmination of years of dedication from our devoted teachers, academic and religious leaders, colleagues, alumni, students, and various stakeholders.

Our School, on the one hand, is a community of scholars and practitioners committed to the discovery and dissemination of knowledge, the enhancement of our professional competence, and the creation of impactful policies and services for our local community. We are particularly dedicated to promoting the well-being of the vulnerable and disadvantaged.

We also see ourselves as a platform for learning and advancement for our students, many of whom face numerous challenges in achieving their career and academic goals. We provide a supportive pathway for our students, backed by our devoted teachers who are deeply invested in their learning and development into competent and passionate professionals.
